Our client a collaborative focused and dedicated team known for fostering a supportive and results-driven environment is seeking a Manager to join their organization based inMoncton NBThis role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives drive strategic objectives and contribute to a team that values innovation accountability and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Lead and manage assurance and accounting engagements including planning fieldwork and financial statement preparation
- Review working papers financial statements and tax filings prepared by junior and intermediate staff
- Provide mentorship training and guidance to team members
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on accounting tax and business matters
- Ensure compliance with professional standards regulatory requirements and firm policies
- Assist partners with practice management tasks and business development initiatives
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- Active CPA designation with eligibility to work in Canada
- 5 years experience in a professional services firm
- Proven leadership skills with a self-motivated team-focused approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality client-focused service
- Excellent communication and staff management abilities
- Experience with accounting software is advantageous
