Overview:

A well-established and growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Woburn MA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist/Clinic Director or Lead Physical Therapist to join the team. Full-time 40 hours per week is required.

The ideal candidate is personable collaborative and an effective communicator with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Caseload / Patient Population:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic with a primarily geriatric patient population. The caseload includes general orthopedics along with balance and vestibular conditions. Full-time clinicians typically treat approximately 60 patients per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

This full-time position offers compensation in the range of $90000 - $120000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance PTO and opportunities for training and continuing education.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends no major holidays. The work schedule is flexible based on the needs of the candidate hired.

Job Requirements:

Eligible for MA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior neuro and vestibular experience is preferred.
4 years of experience are required.
10 years of experience is preferred.
Full-time is required 40 hours per week are available.
