CNC Mill Operator- Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilledCNC Mill Operatorwith hands-on experience inCNC machining. This role requires someone who is proficient in using measuring tools such ascalipers micrometers and indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Experience:Preferably 5 years of experience in CNC Milling operations.
- Measurement Skills:Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers micrometers and indicators.
- Machine Operation:Capable of running and maintaining part quality on 2 to 3 machines simultaneously.
- Tool Changes:Able to perform their own tool changes efficiently.
- Blueprint Reading:Can read and understand blueprints accurately.
- Process Adherence:Follows part Process Sheets meticulously.
- Code Knowledge:Knowledgeable in M & G codes.
- CNC Functions:Familiar with basic CNC functions including single block optional stop cycle stop and feedrate override.
- Tool Offsets:Able to make precise tool offsets.
- Work Environment:Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Physical Requirements:Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Teamwork:Works well in a team environment.
- CNC Setups:Capable of performing CNC setups independently.
Operational Duties:
- Daily Maintenance:Perform daily equipment maintenance inspections including lubrication fluid checks and chip handling
- Program Loading:Execute program loading and verification procedures as required
- Quality Assurance:Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to all industry safety standards and maintain necessary certifications

Schedule:Monday Friday 2nd SHIFT 3:30pm - 12:00am
Pay: $16-$23/hour based on experience PLUS $2/HR - 2nd shift premium.
Overtime:Paid after 40 hours. Occasional Saturdays based on workload (not frequent)
