The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Ensure compliance with medical necessity requirements
Support front desk operations and provide excellent patient service
Post and process patient payments
Perform health insurance verification
Utilize Epic EMR for scheduling and documentation
Provide bilingual communication support (English/Spanish preferred)
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in front desk operations and health insurance verification
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with Epic EMR
