Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of SIAs Sales & Marketing Division.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Attend to walk-in customers and perform frontline services at the Service Centre located in ION Orchard. These include:
- Attending to general enquiries
- Providing reservations and ticketing services (e.g. making or changing flight bookings issuing/reissuing tickets processing refunds)
- Handling membership related transactions
- Assist in backroom administrative functions and other ad-hoc duties if necessary
- He/She will be rostered for shifts within the daily operating hours of 9am to 6:30pm including weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
Requirements
- Minimum of NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent
- Work experience in the airline/travel industry or customer services with knowledge of airline tariffs and ticketing will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills and customer service attributes
- A team player and a quick learner
- Able to adapt quickly in response to changes and have the ability to handle work stress
- Training in essential customer service transactional skills and systems will be provided
