What Youll Do:

Handle landlord-tenant disputes and eviction cases (unlawful detainer) from intake to trial
Navigate complex regulatory issues including rent control and foreclosure statutes
Manage a caseload independently while working closely with a supportive team
Optional work in real estate litigation or transactional law
Maintain direct client contact and represent clients in court

Attorneys with experience in unlawful detainer lender defense or real estate litigation

California Bar members in good standing

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $175000 - $225000
