The Opportunity
For ourCore Diagnostics Division CDxwe are looking for a talented professional willing to join our team as aSales Ambassador. We are looking for a person located Central Poland (mazowieckie or lodzkie).
The Abbott Ambassador is responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts managing and improvingcustomer relationships improving profitability of accounts and handling first line service.
What Youll do:
Full revenue responsibility for 2-4 MM USD includingforecastingand target performance achievement.
Act as a trusted partner and advisor as Abbotts main contact to customers.
Manage and drive thedevelopmentof their accounts including key activities such as:strategicaccount managementand post-sales implementation process.
New product and menu expansion targeting andsales support.
Prepare and execute regular customerbusiness reviews.
Manage routine renewals of base business accounts and negotiate long-term contracts.
Provide first lineapplication supportandtroubleshooting
Implement new assays.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to customers.
Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation team (post-sale) with project manager.
Success in this role is measured by service level achievement economic profitability customer satisfaction score (NPS) contract renewal rate and managed revenue.
Required qualifications and background:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelors / Engineering degree in bio medical / electrical / mechanical /medical technologyor commercial is preferred.
Prior experience in thediagnosticormedical devicesindustry with an emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts managing and improvingcustomer relationships improving profitability of accounts.
Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.
Successful engagement with customers specificallyBusiness Managementand key stakeholders.
Excellentindustry knowledge.
Strong understanding of key stakeholders andcustomer dynamics.
Strongsolution sellingandrelationship buildingskills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues.
Long-term strategic focus on account.
Candidates must be fluent in local language and English additional languages are advantageous.
The position requires the willingness to travel on a frequent basis i.e. on average three days per week.
