Front Office Shift Leader / Front Office Agent (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks at the front office
• Completing all administrative tasks and handling correspondence
• Welcoming and assisting guests (check-in and check-out)
• Providing individual support for guest requests and complaint management
• Ensuring the smooth running of office organisation
• Responsible for the professional and prompt processing of incoming reservations
• First point of contact on site for guests
• General secretarial tasks including guest hospitality
• Receiving and forwarding general enquiries (by telephone and in person)

Your profile:

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in front office
• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Excellent communication skills and a confident and winning manner
• Very good written and spoken German Italian and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Apaleo knowledge is advantageous
• Can-do attitude hands-on mentality and highly solution-oriented
• Team player

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
