Position summary
The Sales Back Office supports the commercial team by managing sales-related administrative and operational activities. The role is part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment and requires flexibility strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The position is fully on-site.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of sales records
- Management and follow-up of customer orders
- Booking and verification of supplier invoices
- Day-to-day sales support and coordination with internal departments
Qualifications :
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably within structured or international companies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- From time to time the role may require availability to work on weekends depending on business needs.
