We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager for GSI APAC region & GSI Transactional PMO Finance Leader to manage financial operations across the APAC region and lead the GSI TPMO Finance team. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager for GSI APAC region & GSI Transactional PMO Finance Leader to manage financial operations across the APAC region and lead the GSI TPMO Finance team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance leadership skills and the ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement regional financial strategies aligned with the global GSI business objectives.
- Prepare and manage regional budgets forecasts and financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to drive business decisions.
Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial operations within the region including accounting financial reporting and commercial finance.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international GAAP.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with regional business leaders to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives.
- Act as a business partner to drive operational efficiency and cost management.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks within the region.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Team Leadership:
- Lead mentor and develop the regional finance team.
- Foster a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance function.
- Attract retain and develop top finance talent.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including regional business units global finance team and external partners.
- Represent the finance function in regional leadership meetings and discussions.
GSI Transactional Finance Leader:
- Set up and manage the GSI TPMO Finance team to implement centralized transactional processes for project account and control globally.
- Partner with GSI Global CFO and regional Finance Managers to transition processes and train the team for efficient execution.
- Optimize finance activity costs and ensure timely and accurate performance of transactional activities.
