Job Description:

Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of the legislation policies and procedures which underpin all aspects of BU services.
Provide advice and support to Officers on complex or technical matters.
Assist Line Manager in the day to day running of the team and contracts.
Undertake targeted quality checks to analyse findings and identify trends and to make recommendations for improvements
Respond to customer complaints providing relevant information and legislation to produce an accurate reply and fair outcome.
