Job Summary

FTRS(HC) ReMSO supports Recruiting Retention Welfare and Employer Liaison of officers and soldiers being recruited into the RE Works Groups. Some weekend working may be required.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Run the unit recruiting pipeline from application through to assignment to sub-unit including booking onto training courses and nurturing throughout.
2. Coordination of RRMT activities and conduct tasks as directed.
3. Support the ROSO and lead where deputised in the implementation of the RE Wks Gps recruiting plan ensuring it is within policy.
4. Maintain MI for all personnel attracted to the RE Wks Gps to support future activity and higher formation returns.
5. Support the ROSO and RRMT in general recruiting activities and events.
6. Cover for RRMT staff in their absence.
7. Lead on social media outputs for the RRMT.
