Vehicle Technician

Basic 52000 OTE 64000!

Monday to Friday No Weekends!

This independent workshop offers a standout package for an experienced Technician a strong basic salary a consistently achievable monthly efficiency bonus and no weekend work at all. Its a stable well-respected business with a loyal customer base and a team known for high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Carry out servicing repairs and maintenance across a wide range of vehicles
Handle in-depth mechanical repairs independently
Perform diagnostics to a competent and confident level
Maintain high standards of quality accuracy and safety
Support workshop productivity and workflow

Requirements

Broad all-round mechanical experience
Strong capability with in-depth repairs and general service work
Confident diagnostic ability (not required to be a master tech)
Professional reliable and quality-focused
Full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

Basic salary up to 52000
Efficiency bonus paid monthly (technicians earned last year)
Monday to Friday 8:0018:00 with a 1-hour lunch
No weekends
