- Oversee financial modeling valuation and analysis

What You Bring- Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or business administration
- FINRA Series 63 and 79 preferred
- 810 years of experience in investment banking M&A or a related field

- Deep knowledge of financial statements modeling and valuation
- Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint (CRM and PitchBook a plus)
- Goal-driven self-motivated and collaborative
