What you will be doing:
The ROW section is the functional group expert on acquisitions to support highway aviation and public facility capitol projects. The ROW Agent 3 position serves as a lead Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent within the Acquisition and Relocation Unit and functions as the Project Agent for the departments most complex ROW projects. This role is primarily assigned to consultant-led projects but may also manage in-house project assignments. The ROW Agent 3 provides leadership in coordinating consultant activities and supports the development administration and oversight of professional service agreements for ROW services. The acquisition and relocation program is managed in accordance with the DOT&PF Alaska Right-of-Way Manual.

The working environment you can expect:
This position resides in the DOT&PF Central Region Headquarters building at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage Alaska. It is easily accessible by a paved multi-use path and bus routes 40 and 65. Located on the shore of the beautiful Lake Hood Seaplane Base near Ted Stevens International Airport. Office hours are flexible. As a side benefit you will have easy access to bike & walking trails around Lake Hood.
