- Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure compliance with company policies and program requirements
- Identify and resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- 2 years of experience in engineering or technical support
- Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
