The Project Office is critical to support Ensembles growth through flexible but structured Portfolio Project Management (PPM) best practices. The Director Project Management will oversee all aspects of a portfolio of projects with a focus on client strategic and/or technology implementations. The responsibilities include leading a team of project managers who successfully implement projects on-time within budget and with the highest quality.

Key activities include establishing a clear charter/scope project plans with deadlines assigning responsibilities monitoring and reporting accurate project health and progress. The role includes coordinating across departments to promote a collaborative approach to delivery for successful outcomes. Successful projects will ensure that deliverables are on-time and fall within the applicable scope and budget. The Director Project Management will rely on his/her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish projects. The Director Project Management will lead and direct the work of others accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

TheDirector Operations Readinesswillbe responsible fordesigning/enhancing implementing and overseeing theprojects team andgovernance framework that ensures consistency efficiency and compliance across the organization to drive operational excellence and drive consistent client performance. This role requires close collaboration withIT Operations Finance and Complianceteams to align processes systemsAIand controls with strategicobjectives. The Director will serve as a key leader in driving operational excellence risk management and cross-functional integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance & Framework Development

  • Establish andmaintaina standardized operating model governance framework across all business units.

  • Define policies procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

  • Monitor adherence to governance frameworks and recommend improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with IT to align governance with system architecture data integrity and cybersecurity standards.

  • Work with Operations to streamline workflowsoptimizeefficiency and reduce redundancies.

  • Collaborate with Finance to ensureaccuratereporting cost control and budget alignment.

  • Coordinate with Compliance to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.

  • Strategic Leadership

  • Provideexecutive-level guidance on governance priorities and initiatives.

  • Lead governance committees and working groups to drive accountability and transparency.

  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness and operational performance.

  • Risk & Compliance Management

  • Identifygovernance risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations internal policies and external audits.

  • Act as a liaison between business units and regulatory bodies when necessary.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Drive innovation in governance practices through automation analytics and best-in-class methodologies.

  • Benchmark against industry standards tomaintaincompetitive advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance IT or related field (Masterspreferred).

  • 10 years of experience in governance risk management or operational leadership.
