Overview: The purpose of this entry level position is to provide an opportunity to learn about Kentucky Eagles portfolio customers sales and delivery processes to be prepared for a transition to a sales role. Duties and Responsibilities: - Learn about our suppliers and their brands.
- Learn how to utilize data analytics to be a resource for our customers and identify selling opportunities.
- Learn the sales cycle including using the on-line portal and submitting orders.
- Travel in local market with Sales Representatives and Sales Management.
- Learn how to competitively present and position our brands in the market.
- Assist with merchandising and point of sale placement.
- Provide sales support for open territories through account visits.
- Identify selling opportunities during account visits.
- Record and monitor inventory at accounts.
- Review sales performance with management compared to sales targets.
Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required: - College degree preferred.
- 1 years of B2B customer service experience.
- Account management experience preferred.
- Strong desire to start a career in Sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Must have a valid Drivers License in good standing with a driving record acceptable to Kentucky Eagles insurance carrier.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Solicitors License with the Kentucky Dept. of Alcohol and Beverage Control
- Must be able to sit stand walk climb squat bend twist and repetitively lift 35lbs.
