Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in a long-term care setting in Lexington MO. This role offers guaranteed hours a supportive interdisciplinary team and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate treat and support residents to improve mobility strength and functional abilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans

  • Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with nursing therapy and care staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Missouri

  • Previous long-term care experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate patient-centered approach
