Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in a long-term care setting in Lexington MO. Responsibilities

Evaluate treat and support residents to improve mobility strength and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing therapy and care staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Missouri
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient-centered approach
