Job Summary
Nurse Manager Critical Care (CVICU)
Location: Dallas TX Area
Schedule: Full-Time Mixed Shift
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $84849 $127274 (based on years of experience).
Sign-On Bonus: Available(Determined on a case-by-case basis).

Position Summary
The Nurse Manager supports daily operations of the CVICU ensures safe and efficient patient care and provides leadership for nursing and ECMO staff. This role requires flexibility to support day night and weekend teams.
Requirements
Education: BSN required; Masters preferred
Experience: 4 years recent CVICU/ICU leadership experience
Licensure: Texas or Compact RN license
Certifications: BLS & ACLS required; CCRN/CNRN preferred
Responsibilities
Oversee CVICU operations and staffing
Assist with staffing needs as required
Support mixed-shift teams; visibility on nights/weekends
Develop policies and quality initiatives
Lead mentor and evaluate nursing and ECMO staff
