Salary range: $67716 - $91080
The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the preferred candidates job-related knowledge skills and experience.

About the Information Services Division:
The Information Services Division (ISD) provides support and consulting for legal technologies. The division is responsible for the development and delivery of AGO computer and telephone network infrastructure and the operation of network hardware and software platforms to provide AGO staff access to their work product and communications.
This division has multiple units that provide information technology services eDiscovery litigation support custom software development business intelligence and data management services. Data security and disaster recovery are key to the maintenance and operations of the AGOs voice and data systems. The division also ensures compliance with state governance policies and standards and ensures that all electronic services function properly and securely.
Duties and Essential Functions of an IT Data Management Entry position:
This position independently provides business and technology related system administration consulting analysis testing implementation maintenance troubleshooting and IT problem resolution to AGO staff. This position serves as a Litigation Technology Specialist for eDiscovery litigation management software systems services and databases. This position requires subject matter expertise in the specialized area of eDiscovery litigation matters litigation technology systems and software.
This position is responsible for making recommendations and producing work consistent with nationally recognized Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and The Sedona Conference (TSC) principles.
Work duties include both database management and system administration:
Provide administration configuration implementation integration support maintenance and enhancements for litigation support software and systems. This task includes:
Create and configure permissions for litigation databases
Maintaining accurate records and implementing quality control measures for collecting and transferring data to and from various data sources and
Resolving complex issues.
Provide administration configuration implementation integration support maintenance and enhancements for litigation support software and systems. This task includes:
Manage and support the Managed File Transfer (MFT) service by creating and deleting accounts resetting passwords and troubleshooting error messages and connection issues
Developing documenting and maintaining systems administration procedures for configuring implementing updating installing and supporting of litigation support software and systems
Creating implementation plans and schedules and executing test and production deployments of new or upgraded litigation software.
Researching evaluating configuring testing and deploying new or upgraded litigation applications.
Participating in incident management processes for litigation support systems.

Qualifications:
Five (5) yearsof experience in applying information technology experience in setting up and maintaining eDiscovery systems or applications including data consultation collection processing analysis and validation.
OR
Associates degree in Computer Science Information Systems or closely related field or equivalent experience; ANDthree (3) yearsexperience in dataconsultation collection processing analysis and validation.
OR
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or closely related field OR equivalent experience; AND one (1) yearexperience in data consultation collection processing analysis and validation.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The most competitive candidates will have:
Law firm work experience and an understanding of how to support the delivery of legal services
Certified or experienced in: CaseMap Everlaw TrialDirector
Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and The Sedona Conference (TSC) principles.
Litigation Support Specialist Certification or similar
