TurboTax Training Associate

The TurboTax Training Associate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to new and existing team members. The Trainer will utilize official training materials facilitate live virtual sessions and provide real-time guidance on functionality troubleshooting and client engagement best practices.

This role requires strong communication skills in-depth TurboTax knowledge and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners. The Trainer will play a key role in ensuring team readiness and consistent service quality across our clients program.

KeyResponsibilities

• Deliverliveinstructor-ledtrainingsessions.
• FacilitateinteractiveworkshopsandQ&Asessionstoreinforcekeylearningobjectives.
• Providehands-ondemonstrationsofQuickBooksfeaturesworkflowsandtroubleshootingtechniques.
• AddressandresolvetraineequestionsrelatedtoQuickBooksproductusagecommonerrorsandbestpractices.
• Evaluatetraineeperformancethroughknowledgechecksroleplaysandfeedbacksessions.
• Collaboratewithinternalstakeholders(TrainingOperationsandQualityteams)toidentifytrainingneedsandupdatematerialsasneeded.
• Trackattendancecompletionandtraineeprogressusingdesignatedtrainingsystems.
• Staycurrentonupdatesnewfeaturereleasesandsupportprocessestoensuretrainingaccuracy.
• Supportcontinuousimprovementbygatheringfeedbackandrecommendingenhancementstotrainingcontentanddeliverymethods.

Qualifications&Skills

Required:

• 2yearsofexperienceasaTrainerLearningFacilitatororsimilarinstructionalrole.
• Advanced knowledge of TurboTax and/or QuickBooks Online including setup troubleshooting and client support.
• Excellentverbalcommunicationandpresentationskills.
• Abilitytoexplaincomplextechnicalconceptsinanapproachablelearner-friendlyway.
• Strongproblem-solvingandanalyticalskills.
• ComfortableleadingvirtualsessionsviaMicrosoftTeamsorZoom.

Preferred:

• PriorexperiencesupportingQuickBooksprograms.
• QuickBooksOnlineCertification(AdvancedorProAdvisor).
• ExperienceusingLearningManagementSystems(LMS)ortrainingtrackingtools.
• Backgroundinaccountingbookkeepingorsmallbusinesssupport.

WorkEnvironment&Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• Remoteworkenvironment.
• Mustbeavailableduringstandardbusinesshours(9:00to6:00PST)andflexiblefortrainingcoverageasneeded.
