Job Summary: The Director of Compensation is a strategic and operational leader responsible for designing implementing and managing the organizations compensation programs. Reporting to the Vice President for Human Resources & Organizational Development or designee this role ensures alignment with organizational goals fosters a culture of equity and transparency and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes through technology and data management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in compensation or related fields with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensing Requirements: Valid drivers license
Hiring Range:$70400 - $88000
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Compensation certification

- Liaison to Finance Payroll divisional supervisors and constituency groups on matters involving compensation. - (Essential)
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation HRIS and data privacy - (Essential)
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to compensation to promote consistency and fairness. - (Essential)
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security across all HR systems and processes. - (Essential)
