Physical Therapist Travel Contract
Location: Across NM State
About the Role
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to support rehabilitation needs across New Mexico. This position covers multiple facility types and requires a flexible patient-focused clinician ready to work in a variety of environments.
Core Duties
- Assess patients with functional and mobility impairments
- Develop goal-oriented treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and patient instruction
- Track and document clinical interventions
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Update and educate patients/families on at-home care strategies
- Travel as needed within New Mexico to assigned locations
Qualifications
- Active NM PT license (or eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience (outpatient acute SNF HH or inpatient rehab)
- Strong adaptability to new facilities and EMR systems
Preferred
- Travel healthcare experience
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Bilingual candidates encouraged
