Job Summary
Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the Overflight Department in Flight Operations Division.
Key responsibilities
- Apply and monitor overflight approvals of countries that SIA flights overfly.
- Proficient to build and maintain company routes rules and restrictions for flight planning of SIA flights.
- Assess the operational impact of Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) and inform all stakeholders.
- Proactively liaise with Flight Dispatch Partnerships & International Relations and external vendors on route planning matters.
- Perform route studies projects and any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Knowledge of route planning or experience in using a Flight Planning System will be advantageous. Fresh Diploma holders with aviation knowledge may also be considered.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
