Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a forward-thinking well-equipped and genuinely supportive workshop Our client a highly respected family-run prestige dealership is expanding and now looking for a skilled Technician to join their brand-new Service Centre in Staplehurst.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern facilities new equipment and a team that prides itself on quality professionalism and outstanding customer care.

The Role
Youll be part of a passionate and collaborative workshop team carrying out high-quality diagnostics repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicles. Duties include:
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
- Conducting detailed inspections of mechanical components
- Performing servicing and repairs to the highest standards
- MOT testing (if qualified)
- Road testing vehicles to ensure fault-free performance
- Communicating technical information clearly and professionally
- Maintaining great customer service to encourage repeat business
- Managing parts stock and contributing to workshop efficiency
- Keeping up to date with new technology and best practices
- Ensuring a clean safe and organised working environment
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) preferred
- MOT Tester qualification advantageous
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
