Location: Burbank IL
Contract Duration: 22 Weeks
Shift: Days 311.5-Hour Shifts (08:0015:00)
Pay: $40$50/hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking School Social Workerfor an exciting job in Burbank IL.
Responsibilities
Provide social-emotional and behavioral support for students including those who are verbal and non-verbal
Support students with cognitive impairments and higher-impact cognitive needs
Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Collaborate with teachers related service providers and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate timely documentation in accordance with district and state standards
Required Qualifications
Active Illinois Social Worker (SW) License
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
