Hospice LPN On-Call

Your Impact:
Provide direct nursing care and procedures to hospice patients.
Follow individualized care plans under RN supervision.
Document all nursing services provided.
Offer education comfort and support to patients and caregivers at the end of life.
What Were Looking For:
Current Missouri LPN license in good standing
At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years (hospice experience preferred)
Strong organizational time management and documentation skills
Schedule:
Full-time 7 days on / 7 days off
MondayFriday: 5:00 PM 8:00 AM
SaturdaySunday: 8:00 AM 8:00 AM
