We are seeking an experienced BusinessAnalyst with solid exposure to Treasury Management solutions to join a projectwithin the Insurance sectorworking in a hybrid model inMoscavide (2 days onsite per week).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholderinterviews workshops and meetings to gather and validatedetailed business requirements

Analyze currenttreasury workflows and financial processes to identifyefficiency and improvement opportunities

Produce clear documentation including business requirements process maps userstories and functional specifications

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders treasury teamsand technical teams ensuring alignment and clarity

Monitor projectprogress manage changerequests and track deliverables

Ensure solutions comply with internal policies regulatory standardsfinancial controls and data governance principles

Contribute to continuous improvement initiativesand promote best practices

Maintain strong transparent and trustedrelationships with stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills(Mandatory)

35years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in asimilar role

FluentEnglish (minimum B2) Portuguese is a plus

Experience working with Treasury Management or Financial Systems

Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Strong analyticalproblem-solving and attention-to-detail skills

Proven experience in requirements gathering analysis anddocumentation

Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills both written and verbal

Ability to support UAT activities includingrequirement clarification and issue resolution

Additional Skills (Nice toHave)

UATsupport and testing knowledge including test case creation andexecution

Basic technicalaptitude and understanding of system integrations

Strong documentationskills for processes requirements and test results

Treasury ManagementKnowledge

Candidates should demonstrate experience orstrong exposure to TreasuryManagement processes including:

Cashpositioning and cash forecasting

Liquiditymanagement

Hedgingand financial risk management

Paymentsprocessing

Bankreconciliation

Integration with banks (SWIFT / APIs) and ERP systems

Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)such as Kyriba FIS QuantumSAP Treasury ION Treasury or GTreasury is highly valued.
