Location: Manchester NH
Schedule: Full-Time Days No Weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110552 $176883 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Available

Job Summary
The Director of Surgical Services oversees the daily operations financial performance and clinical quality of the surgical department. This role focuses on improving efficiency rebuilding surgical volume and supporting key service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the surgical department
Improve KPIs such as turnover times utilization and efficiency
Support service line growth especially Neuro and OB/GYN
Oversee budgeting spending and supply utilization
Ensure quality safety and regulatory compliance
Lead mentor and develop clinical staff
Qualifications
Required: BSN
Preferred: MSN MHA or MBA
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Director of Surgical Services
Strong financial and operational leadership skills
CVOR oversight experience is a plus
