You will help maintain asset quality while providing personalized lending solutions that make a difference. Responsibilities
In this role youll originate and service agricultural and commercial loans ensuring compliance with credit policies and underwriting standards. Youll work closely with clients to assess financial conditions review collateral and provide expert guidance throughout the lending process. Beyond managing existing accounts youll actively seek new opportunities expand customer relationships and represent the bank at community and industry events to strengthen our presence and reputation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong business and financial background with the ability to analyze balance sheets cash flow statements and credit quality. A bachelors degree in business finance or a related field is preferred along with 35 years of lending experience - particularly in agri-business or farm operations.
