We are seeking a Director Enterprise Systems & Business AI to lead the evolution of Bevis enterprise this role you will do more than manage applicationsyou will architect an AI-ready technology stack. You will lead the strategy for our enterprise applications (ERP CRM iPaaS) focusing on intelligent automation and operational efficiency. You will act as the critical bridge between our business workflows and the Data/BI team ensuring our systems generate clean high-quality data and are capable of operationalizing the insights they produce.

Your Day to Day

  • Architect the AI-Ready Roadmap: Own the strategy for Bevis enterprise ecosystem (NetSuite Salesforce iPaaS Field Service) ensuring architectures are modernized to support AI agents and automated workflows.
  • Drive Intelligent Automation: Go beyond standard integrations. Identify opportunities to deploy AI agents and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across Finance Sales and Ops to eliminate manual friction and accelerate end-to-end workflows.
  • Operationalize Data & Insights: Partner closely with the Business Intelligence & Analytics team. While they own the data modeling and reporting you ensure our application layer (Salesforce/NetSuite) captures clean structured data for them to useand that their predictive insights can be fed back into our systems to trigger automated actions.
  • Lead AI Governance & Security: In partnership with Security and IT stakeholders establish the framework for the ethical and secure use of AI tools within our SaaS stack. You will ensure that as we adopt new technologies our data protection standards remain world-class.
  • Support Change Management: Lead the cultural shift toward AI adoption. You will guide cross-functional teams through process redesigns ensuring that new AI tools function as co-pilots that empower employees.
  • Evolve the Tech Stack: Continuously assess emerging AI tools and strategic partners running pilot programs for generative code automated customer support (CX) workflows and supply chain automation.
  • Empower a High-Performing Team: Lead and upskill a team of Analysts Engineers and Admins. Foster a culture of continuous learning where your team utilizes AI coding assistants and automation tools to increase velocity and quality.

Requirements

  • Experienced Leader: 10 years across enterprise applications or IT leadership with a recent focus on digital transformation or AI integration.
  • SaaS & AI Native: Strong technical foundation in SaaS ecosystems (NetSuite Salesforce iPaaS) with a working knowledge of how to utilize embedded AI features (e.g. Salesforce Einstein NetSuite AI) and API-driven automation.
  • The Architect to the BI Teams Data Science: You understand data structures and hygiene deeply. You know how to build systems that produce clean data for the Analytics team without needing to be a Data Scientist yourself.
  • Strategic & Tactical: You can design a 3-year AI roadmap but are willing to dive into the details of workflow logic or prompt engineering when needed.
  • Human-Centric Technologist: You know that technology supports people. You are a proven collaborator who can translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical partners.

The posted compensation range reflects the salary* for this position. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options. Offers to join Bevi are based on a few criteria including the scope of the role the candidates work experience targeted skills internal equity of the team and external market data.

*For Sales roles: The posted range reflects base salary plus commission which is the total potential on target earnings (OTE) for the position.

Pay Range

$180200 - $222600 USD
