We are looking for friendly outgoing individuals to join the customer relations team at Grand Island Motor Company. We are committed to exceeding our guests expectations and seek team members who will strive to make sure every visit to our service department is exemplary.
No automotive experience is necessary! Customer service experience is required and basic accounting skills are helpful but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting every guest and showing them to the customer lounge.
- Provide excellent service to customers in person over the phone and via the internet.
- Understand the online service scheduling tool and know how to set customer expectations for wait time.
- Maintain good communication with service advisors and team so updates can be provided to service guests regarding the status of their vehicle.
- Complete the service transaction by taking payment ensuring coupons or vouchers have first been applied.
- Strive to ensure that every guest leaves feeling good about their service experience. Solicit positive reviews when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Great listening skills are imperative!
- A clean and professional appearance must be maintained at all times.
- Basic computer skills are required; basic accounting or bookkeeping is helpful.
- The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm andsome Saturdays.
