What Youll Need

Registered Nurse (NMC) with strong clinical knowledge.
Proven senior experience - Clinical Lead Deputy Manager or above.
Confidence in leading teams managing clinical standards and ensuring compliance.
A valid driving licence and access to a car.
Strong communication leadership and decision-making skills.

Previous involvement in CQC inspections or service improvement plans.

What Youll Do

Provide day-to-day clinical leadership ensuring high-quality person-centred care.
Support the Registered Manager with governance compliance and development.
Lead mentor and develop nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional safe practice.
Oversee clinical standards safeguarding medication management and care planning.
Work supernumerary while also completing one clinical shift per week to stay hands-on.
Coordinate with families professionals and internal teams
