What Youll Need

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with strong clinical knowledge.
  • Proven senior experience - Clinical Lead Deputy Manager or above.
  • Confidence in leading teams managing clinical standards and ensuring compliance.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car.
  • Strong communication leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Previous involvement in CQC inspections or service improvement plans.

What Youll Do

  • Provide day-to-day clinical leadership ensuring high-quality person-centred care.
  • Support the Registered Manager with governance compliance and development.
  • Lead mentor and develop nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional safe practice.
  • Oversee clinical standards safeguarding medication management and care planning.
  • Work supernumerary while also completing one clinical shift per week to stay hands-on.
  • Coordinate with families professionals and internal teams
