About This Role
The Ecommerce Team is the engine of our new AI product. We are looking for a Product Manager who can work closely with technical teams understands how things work in detail and can drive alignment across many stakeholders. You will own one of the most important assets in the company: our customer data. Instead of just maintaining pipelines you will define and build the data ingestion storage and Customer Data Platform (CDP) that powers our AI strategy. This is a highimpact role with strong ownership high expectations and a lot of responsibility in a fastmoving environment.

You have a high level of autonomy and ownership. You drive the vision the execution and crossfunctional alignment end to end.
You are a handson builder who brings structure to complex situations. You do not wait for a specification; you write it. You help design data flows define retention policies and challenge architecture choices when needed. You are comfortable deciding how a customer profile is stored in the CDP how it is displayed in the UI and how it should be explained to customers.
What Youll Do
Work closely with Engineering Design Marketing Sales and Customer Success to deliver measurable impact across teams.
Talk regularly to customers to validate ideas test hypotheses and improve the product based on feedback.
Partner with multiple engineering teams to guide the evolution of our endtoend data pipeline.
Build and scale one of our most strategic AIpowered initiatives.
Who You Are
A builder who enjoys ownership fast execution and frequent iteration.
Strong product judgment with a clear sense of what is important and what is not.
Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders and talking directly to customers.
Experienced with complex systems and shipping products ideally in startups or earlystage environments.
Familiar with the Shopify ecosystem and its data model or eager to ramp up quickly
