Job Summary

Were looking for a dedicated organized and customerobsessed individual to join our team as a Shipping Support Specialist at this role youll play a key part in making sure all active merchants using Wuilt Shipments are having a smooth issuefree experience from shipping orders to walletrelated operations.

What Youll Be Doing:

Monitor daily shipments and proactively track delivery statuses.
Act as the first point of contact for merchants facing shippingrelated issues.
Follow up with shipping providers to resolve delays or failed deliveries.
Ensure merchants are informed and updated about their shipment progress.
Coordinate with our logistics partners when needed to escalate and resolve issues.
Support merchants with walletrelated concerns (e.g. payouts topups deductions).
Flag repeated issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve operations.
Help maintain high satisfaction across all Wuilt active merchants.

Requirements

What Youll Need:

Bachelors Degree.
13 years of relevant experience in customer support logistics or operations.
Familiarity with how online stores and ecommerce shipping work.
Strong attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized.
A team player with a customerfirst attitude.
