Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated enthusiastic and academically capable Science ECT to join an Outstanding secondary school in Colchester from January. This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Teacher looking to develop strong classroom practice within a well-established and supportive Science department.
You will deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3KS4 supported by a comprehensive ECT programme that includes reduced teaching load weekly mentoring structured CPD and regular opportunities for observation and feedback.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in a Science discipline
PGCE with QTS
