Dress Code: Facility provided scrubs

8hrs non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%
Precept: 3$/hr

3 years current OR Circulate experience
ENDO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
General Ortho Neuro Urology Vascular and Bariatric Surgical experience required
Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
