Key Responsibilities

Assist retail customers and service technicians with accurate parts identification and sales.

Look up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.

Process parts orders returns and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain inventory organization: restocking labeling and participating in inventory counts.

Communicate professionally with customers technicians and vendors.

Manage invoices receipts and parts documentation carefully and accurately.

Support the Parts Manager and team in meeting department goals.

Qualifications

Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred.
(Chevrolet Nissan or Cadillac experience is a plus.)

Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.

Excellent customer service skills with a professional team-oriented attitude.

Comfortable with computers catalog software and dealership systems.

Detail-oriented reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
