Job Summary

Position: Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain or repair facility and molding equipment as assigned per work orders generated by molding personnel.

Perform maintenance and repair tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Receive directions when required from management regarding priorities and requirements for maintaining an efficient and effective operation.

Answer technical questions and / or get answers for injection molding personnel when necessary.

Identify and order spare parts and services to maintain and / or repair equipment in a timely manner.

To work with outside contractors when necessary to ensure work is completed correctly.

Maintain or repair assembly automation and fixturing.

Repair injection molding electrical and mechanical issues as assigned.

Job Requirements Needed

1. Knowledge in Industrial Mechanics Electricity/Electronics Hydraulics

2. Knowledge of basic Injection Molding Press operation

3. Knowledge of basic molding auxiliary equipment

4. Know how to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
