Job Summary
- Department: Emergency Department
- Shift Timing: 19:00-07:30 (12-hour shifts) Monday to Friday (3 days per week)
- Work Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Contract: NO LOCAL contracts (Candidates must live 75 miles away)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Monitor record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate
- Serve as primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care
- Carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team
