Positive Team-Focused Culture

Your Day-to-Day:

You will be responsible for leading plumbing installations and repairs in residential settings. From installing water heaters to fixtures or work in sewers and drains youll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Expectations include the following:

Installing plumbing systems in residential homes
Installing fixtures such as sinks toilets bathtubs showers and water heaters
Testing plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
Leading installations following the plan established and adjusting when necessary.
Working alongside a plumbing apprentice to assist with the daily jobs.
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Keeping up to date with industry best-practices and emerging technologies.

What Does It Take

Valid Journeyman Plumber License and Drivers License Required
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
Clear background check Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and drug screen
Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to safety in all aspects of work

Pay:

$45.00-$55.00/per hour
Up to a $10000 sign on bonus for licensed Journeyman Plumbers
