Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple technical projects from inception to implementation. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration with both internal and external teams ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within scope. Responsibilities include managing project documentation implementing process improvements and utilizing agile methodologies to enhance project tracking and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams clients and vendors to maintain alignment and communication.
- Utilize Agile practices including Kanban and Scrum alongside traditional Waterfall methodologies.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and status updates using tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
- Identify project risks and inefficiencies proposing process improvements as needed.
- Draft and manage project charters timelines and communication plans.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience in an IT enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira ServiceNow SharePoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience with project documentation and process management.
