We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Information Technology (IT) Project Manager to lead plan and execute IT projects in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will oversee project timelines budgets and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives technology strategy and organizational goals.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning execution and delivery of IT projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget
Define project objectives scope deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers network engineers QA analysts and IT support staff
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project status issues and milestones to executive leadership and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to IT governance compliance standards and best practices
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement
Maintain documentation of project plans change requests and approvals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 57 years of experience in IT project management or technology operations
Proven track record managing complex IT projects including infrastructure software development or cloud implementations
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid)
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira Microsoft Project Trello or Asana
Excellent organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
Experience managing remote or distributed IT teams
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and enterprise IT systems
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA SOC 2 GDPR)
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $100000 $140000 USD commensurate with experience certifications and geographic location
