Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $30/hr - $33/hr on W2
Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on System Administrator with strong experience in Windows desktop environments patch deployment and endpoint security. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and managing enterprise workstation configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows operating systems (Windows XP 7 10 11).
- Deploy patches software packages and updates using SCCM.
- Manage and support encryption technologies such as PGP and BitLocker.
- Diagnose and resolve workstation hardware issues (laptops desktops).
- Assist with system configuration imaging and endpoint setup.
- Maintain compliance with security standards and company IT policies.
- Provide on-site technical support as needed.
Required Skills
- 4 years of hands-on experience with Windows OS administration.
- Strong experience with SCCM patching and software deployment.
- Working knowledge of endpoint encryption platforms (PGP BitLocker).
- Solid PC hardware troubleshooting skills (replacements repairs diagnostics).
- Ability to work onsite and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise IT support environments.
- Understanding of IT security best practices.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
