Job Summary
Job Title: Information Technology ERP Functional Analyst (FIN & SCM)
Location: Oklahoma City OK 73112
Pay Rate: $50 $60/hr W2 Max
Work Type: Remote (must reside in approved states)
Overview:
Seeking a Level 4 developer analyst or configurator specializing in Finance HCM or SCM. The ERP Functional Analyst is responsible for business configuration functional troubleshooting and updates within assigned ERP modules and related bolt-on applications.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot ERP modules workflow issues and functional business rules.
Enter data load files run reports and verify functional business rules.
Develop and maintain ERP Quick Reference Guides.
Train users on SmartView and OTBI reports.
Maintain and document procedures for ERP scheduled jobs and daily transaction console error resolution.
Research and evaluate current functions to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with developers and project teams to translate requirements into specifications.
Maintain Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades and enhancements.
Report to the ERP Functional Manager and matrix with functional areas.
Support after-hours work for ERP updates.
Meet assigned project timelines.

Qualifications:
5 years in an Oracle ERP functional support role.
Experience creating Oracle Cloud OTBI reports.
Strong understanding of business processes and standard work.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Availability for after-hours work.
Preferred Experience:
Functional support for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP: Finance (GL AP AR FA) and Supply Chain (PO INV OM Procurement).
Support month-end/year-end close and ensure system/data accuracy.
Participate in upgrades patches regression testing and implementations.
Perform configuration testing enhancements and issue resolution.
Build OTBI and BI Publisher reports; design custom and ad hoc reporting.
Develop and manage FBDI templates for bulk data loads with validation.
Use Template Loader for customizing/uploading templates (invoices POs).
Create functional specs training materials and lead training sessions.
Experience with RBAC security design role provisioning and SoD analysis.
