Position : Outbound Sales Rep
Working Schedule : 8am-5pm EST
Salary Range :$1500-$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Role
Were a boutique marketing agency looking for an Outbound Sales Rep to help us generate conversations warm up leads and book qualified calls for our founder. This is a high-impact role that keeps our pipeline active and ensures our sales process stays consistent.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outreach
- Send outbound messages (email LinkedIn DM)
- Follow outreach scripts and messaging guidelines
- Build and update lead lists
- Research prospects based on clear ICP criteria
- Keep daily outreach volume consistent
Pipeline Management
- Update the CRM with accurate notes
- Track warm leads and follow-up sequences
- Make sure no lead goes cold
- Handle scheduling rescheduling and confirmations
- Maintain a clean organized pipeline
Appointment Setting
- Qualify leads based on provided criteria
- Book calls directly onto the CEOs calendar
- Send reminders to reduce no-shows
- Follow up with prospects who show interest but havent booked yet
Communication
- Send follow-up emails and messages
- Field basic questions from prospects
- Warm up leads before they reach the sales conversation
- Prepare the CEO with notes before each call
Collaboration
- Share insights with the project manager to help refine messaging
- Assist with small admin tasks related to leads
- Coordinate with our Ops Assistant to keep everything organized
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence in outreach and follow-ups
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot Pipedrive etc. is a plus)
- Ability to follow proven frameworks
- Consistent reliable daily performance
- Comfort initiating conversations with cold prospects
- Reliable internet and availability during US business hours
