Position : Business Development Manager

Working Schedule : 8am-5pm EST

Salary Range :$1600-$2400 USD Monthly Bonus based on Revenue (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About The Company

A high-volume tech-driven Florida process serving company that works exclusively with law firms focused on residential and lien foreclosures. All sales activity is tracked in Pipedrive.

Role Summary

We are hiring a pure new-business Business Development Manager. This role is 100% focused on acquiring new law firm clients. You will not be responsible for servicing or growing existing accounts. Your only job is to open doors create opportunities and close new firm relationships.

This is a phone-heavy outbound role for someone who loves working the phones knows how to break through gatekeepers and isnt afraid to hear no on the way to a yes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and target Florida-based foreclosure law firms
  • Cold call cold email and use LinkedIn to reach decision-makers
  • Break through gatekeepers and get direct access to attorneys and firm managers
  • Build and manage a disciplined pipeline inside our CRM
  • Accurately track all activity pipeline and closes
  • Report weekly on outreach activity and revenue performance
  • Deliver market feedback directly to ownership

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • 3 years of direct management experience
  • Comfortable selling to attorneys and professional services firms
  • Highly organized and CRM-driven
  • Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated accountable and numbers-driven

  • Not email-only sales
