Are you an experienced investment or capital-markets professional looking for a role that blends investor relations private credit expertise and strategic market engagement Our client a global impact investment firm specialising in private credit across emerging markets is seeking a driven individual to join their team as an Investor Relations Senior Associate / Manager.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment enjoys investor engagement and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping how the firm communicates with existing and prospective investors.

About the Role

Youll work closely with the CEO senior leadership and global stakeholders to support and enhance investor relations activities manage tender processes prepare investment materials and conduct market research. This role offers a blend of strategic involvement and hands-on execution from building investment decks to planning conference meetings and managing investor communication cycles.

It is well suited to someone with strong financial knowledge especially within private credit private debt or alternative investments who is comfortable balancing high-impact work with operational IR tasks.

What You Will Be Doing

Support investor communication reporting and relationship-management activities
Prepare and refine investment decks and presentation materials for fundraising
Manage and run tender/RFP/DDQ processes from end to end
Conduct market research competitor analysis and insight mapping across relevant sectors
Assist with planning for investor roadshows conferences and events
Prepare conference attendance lists track who to meet and coordinate engagement schedules
Collaborate with internal teams to compile accurate investor-facing information
Support strategic IR initiatives as well as day-to-day operational tasks
Contribute to developing a consistent professional investor communication framework
Maintain organised investor information engagement notes and follow-up actions

Who Were Looking For

510 years experience in Investor Relations Private Debt Private Equity Corporate Finance Capital Markets or related fields
Strong financial understanding ideally with exposure toprivate credit
Comfortable preparing investment decks and translating financial information for investors
Experience with tender documents DDQs or institutional onboarding is highly advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised detail-focused and able to manage multiple workflows
Comfortable doing both strategic and operational tasks including conference admin
Professional proactive and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
