We are seeking an analytical and market-savvy Market Intelligence and Pricing Intern to gather and analyse competitive market information for the Sales Team. This role is crucial for informing pricing strategies competitive positioning and identifying key selling points for Syngentas products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about market analysis and eager to contribute to Syngentas competitive advantage.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
- Gain practical hands-on experience by contributing to real business projects that impact Syngentas operations and strategic objectives.
- Develop professional competencies by working alongside experienced colleagues across different functions and teams.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of Syngentas business products and the agricultural industry.
- Apply academic knowledge to solve practical business challenges and contribute to departmental goals.

Qualifications :
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree in . Agric or equivalent
- Have strong academic performance and motivation (Min 70% in major Subject)
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
